If i fall from amateur to rookie, with a driver under OA85, will i keep him for the rookie season? or will i lost him 'cos of my relegation,?

If he is still contracted to you and the oa is below 85 you will not lose him.

So long as it is a relegation and his OA is under 85, you will keep him.
If it is a reset, you will lose him, regardless of OA.
|

If you still have a contract with him , then it'll remain yours.
Otherwise you'll lose him.

I don't understand in the ''game rules'' section it says that you will lose your driver in rookie reset even if his oa is below 85, and in the ''newbie guide'' it says that if your driver is above 85 overall you will lose him in the reset even if he is contracted to you, thats means most of the rookie managers are without drivers and there is a mad scramble for drivers in the market ........

You're losing your driver if you reset your account, regardless of the OA. If you are relegating from Amateur or if you are in Rookie and your driver's OA is 85 or below, you retain him.

I thought it was a sugestion when i read the title... But since its a doubt here's the answer: You will only loose your driver after relegation if his OA exceeds the OA limit of the class you're relegating to... Could you imagine Sagatas bringing his 230's driver to Master?

if i'm relegating because of a negative bankroll, and not a reset will it change anything to this rule? or will i also keep the driver under contract ?

You'll keep him as long as under contract and OA isn't above the signing limit for the group you are going in to (85 for rookie).

It's been a while since i relegated last time, so i would like to be clear of something:
I will lose my driver since his OA exceeds Pro limit, but will i pay compensation for his remaining contract, or he will leave for free?
