he obviously loves to win and can't do that by moving up. so he stays in his comfort zone - at the lowest level in the game.

What is more mysterious is that after he wins the groups, he goes into a big negative balance so that he can remain in the Rookies.
Maybe he is looking to establish some sort of a record...a negative one, at that.

I was told once that some teams want people to do this to get a higher team finish... not sure if that is the case.
I could not do it... I would get too bored.....

Maybe he will get around to eventually give us some explanation for his "strategy". It would certainly settle our curiosity.

Quote ( Norbert Huszti @ May 14th 2019,16:11:56 ) Why is he doing it? Here's another thought... Why not :)
But if I had to guess, achievement hunting

Quote ( Rastislav Padysak @ May 14th 2019,16:32:30 ) Another witch hunting begins in 3, 2, 1... Lol...I won't rest until he's either been band or crucified.
There should be laws against people doing what they want.

Yes, I say good for him! He is engaged in the game, doesn't complain about DM or random. He chose something other than the rat race to the "top" that consumes most of the rest of us.

I think Pedro Estrada has the longest unbroken rookie career, if I recall correctly. Unless he retired.

There is notting wrong to have verry little ambitions, but not a single ambition at all is really exeptional. At least, in rookie you can try to make promotion to amateur, once in amateur you can try to stay as long as possible. I agree with Tibor, participation is more important than victory, but without any ambition participation is useless. But, once again, nothing wrong to stay in de comfort zone of Rookie.

Wow, I am not how I feel about that, impressive nonetheless. Clearly he is more interested in achievements than playing the game for what it's intended. Each to his own I think.

Not everyone can win Elite title, this guy just realized it sooner than everyone else. He's playing the game the way he fancies. Im not very impressed, competitive levels in rookie are quite low so winning a rookie group is not much to brag imo but still the guy is enjoying the game as he wants.
